A family quarrel leads Tina Mills to a small town in Connecticut, where she uses her position as a reality television producer to uncover a decades-old secret. Because residents have fallen victim to con artists in the past, police chief Colby Evans keeps a close eye on Tina's activities. While Tina pursues her personal agenda and Colby tries to steer her television program in a wholesome direction, love sneaks up on both of them. There's never a dull moment in Sugartown (4). Leandra Logan's writing is clean and tight, but she manages to pack in tons of detail.
