Hideaway Wedding series fans will be delighted with this latest gathering of the Cole family. Serenity Records is the focal point, and treachery and danger in the recording industry take center stage.

Ana is CEO of Serenity Records, and she is good at what she does. Her ability to recognize new talent has served her very well, but has also led to a feud with Slow Wyne Records. Ana’s signing of the next crossover music sensation results in an attempt on her life, and the men of the Cole family band together to protect their own. Enter U.S. Marshal and family friend, Jacob Jones, brought in to protect Ana while the family deals with this latest threat. Inevitably, the close quarters draw Ana and Jacob into an intimate relationship, spurred on by the sham marriage the family arranges. With danger mounting, these solitary souls begin to realize their growing affections are stronger than they can control. (KIMANI/ARABESQUE, Aug., 256 pp., $6.99)
