Book Review

by Sydney Croft

Genre: Erotic Romance, Paranormal

RT Rating

Croft returns to the world of ACRO, but readers new to the series will be confused by characters from other installments that populate an overabundance of subplots. On the other hand, the sex is varied -- including BDSM and M/M -- hot and an integral part of the story.

Trance did not expect to fall in love with Ulrika; his assignment was to find her and bring her into the ACRO fold. Ulrika, or Rik, has trusted no one since she was snatched from her childhood home and exploited as the shape-changer she is. Trance is sure he can love the woman and the beast inside her -- until a deadly secret threatens to destroy that love. (DELTA, May, 320 pp., $13.00)
