INTO TEMPTATION
by Kathryn Smith

Genre: Historical Romance
Setting: Regency England

RT Rating

Years ago, Sophia Aberley fell in love with Julian Rexley, Earl Wolfram. But when they were caught in a compromising position, Julian refused to marry her, and she was married off to the Marquess of Aberley.

Now a widow, Sophia has since befriended Letitia, Julian's sister. Julian wants to see Letitia settled and with a husband, but Letitia refuses to go to
ton unless she is accompanied by the now-single Sophia. However, Julian and Sophia never resolved their past feelings for each other and as they build a tentative friendship, others do what they can to destroy it.

When Julian and Sophia's relationship starts to affect his sister, Julian asks Sophia to marry him, which she does. But while they are happy together, they are still unsure of each other. And when secrets come between them, will they ever be able to find their way back to each other?

This entertaining story is one we have read before, though one we can certainly delight in again. The fast pace and sensuality of this light and fluffy read is an ideal respite from the chilly season. SENSUAL (Feb., 384 pp., $5.99)
