After her sister's wedding, Teresa Tyler becomes pregnant when she has a one-night stand with the groom's twin brother, Jim Schofield. Then Jim dumps her. When he learns he's going to be the father of twin boys, he might just be persuaded to give love another shot. Jim is a stretch for hero material. He continually blames Teresa for seducing him, but he willingly provides for her, although he avoids revealing any feelings of love until his sudden epiphany at the end. However, the ending of The Texan's Tiny Dilemma (3), by Judy Christenberry, provides hope that these two characters can have a viable romantic future.
