In TEXAS RENEGADE, Dana Ransom introduces the second generation of the Bass family. Leisha Bass is Harm and Amanda's granddaughter and her story is just as action-packed as theirs.

Leisha is the restless daughter who has to prove to her father that she is equal to any man. She would do anything to be a Texas Ranger like the rest of her family.

Kenitay is the half-breed Apache child of Emily and Kodene, later adopted by Ranger Jack and Emily. At the age of ten he had been taken to Florida by the army in a roundup and since then his parents have believed him dead.

Now, he is off the reservation with two men chasing him and the U.S. Army hot on his trail for allegedly committing murder. Since she's not content to stay at home, Leisha's path crosses Kenitay's and their childhood infatuation quickly blooms into a heated love affair.

Things are difficult for Leisha as she tries to clear Kenitay's name and live up to her code of honor that is her Ranger heritage, but this is what makes TEXAS RENEGADE a must read. Readers will find themselves unable to put this book down because of all the passion and twists and turns of the plot. Another surefire winner for this talented author!
