TOGETHER FOR CHRISTMAS
by Lisa Plumley

Genre: Contemporary Romance, General Contemporary Romance
Sensuality: MILD

RT Rating

Miscommunication and misunderstandings are the underlying themes of Plumley’s latest offering. She has created a cast of characters who are both very real and so over-the-top that readers will keep turning the page for more. In addition, she has created a world as realistic and unique as her characters. Unfortunately, the ridiculousness of some of the situations is hard to believe.

Casey Jackson is headed to Kismet, Mich., to put a pop star’s holiday special back on track — not to fall under the spell of the Christmas season or the star’s older sister, Kristen Miller. Kristen is appalled at Casey’s lack of holiday spirit, but she is determined not to let the man ruin either her Christmas or her sister’s holiday special. As Kristen and Casey spend time together, they learn that sometimes love is the greatest gift of all. (ZEBRA, Oct., 352 pp., $6.99)
