TORN
by Amanda Hocking

Genre: Young Adult, Paranormal

RT Rating

An amazing book with lots of thrills. In Hocking’s world, being a princess is not everything little girls dream of, there are rules to obey. But not Wendy; she is making her own path, caught between two different worlds. The fast pace will keep you riveted as Hocking deploys multiple twists and turns. Romance and thrills abound in the previously self-published Trylle trilogy second as readers will be kept guessing: Who is really evil? And who’s looking out for Wendy?

Wendy just escaped her “perfect” life and is back to her old life with her brother Matt. But just when things seem better, the Vittra rivals kidnap her. Soon Wendy’s world is turned upside down as more surprises are on their way. Locked in a prison with a troll guard watching over her, Wendy’s also got a very handsome rival to keep her company. But it’s when Wendy discovers that her supposedly dead father is really alive, all while trying to escape, that’s when things really heat up! (ST.
