Paul excels at creating a magical realm within the real world and allowing us, like her characters, to believe that anything is possible when magic and love collide. She masterfully weaves several subplots and a cast of remarkable characters into a tightly written plot holding readers spellbound like a master magician.

Lady Sarah Tamony doesn't take no for an answer when it comes
to researching her latest book on
magic mortals. Even if she has to sneak into his home, she will interview Malachi Seymour, Earl of Graymar and the Great Sorcerer known as Dewin Mawr. She will uncover the
truth about the legends surrounding
his family.

Malachi cannot allow Sarah
to tell the world of his clan, but he
is also completely captivated by her. It is as if she possesses a special magic. When it comes time for him
to face the challenge of the demon
and a vicious usurper he must turn
to Sarah for help. But she also needs
his aid in freeing her brother from
an evil enchantress' spell. They become one in a battle that will save the
magical world and reality. (St. Martin's, Oct., 370 pp., $6.99)
