It promises to be yet another boring summer for teacher Evie McBride. For starters, she'll mind her father's store while he's on a fishing trip, then she'll head back home. But Sam Cutter, whose father is on the same fishing trip, and his niece, Faith, change things. Faith has fallen behind on her schoolwork, so Sam hires Evie as her tutor. It doesn't take long for Evie and Sam to discover that their fathers are not on a fishing trip, they're seeking a lost treasure. A Treasure Worth Keeping (4) is a very good read by Kathryn Springer. It's great to see Evie and Faith hit it off and quite enjoyable to see Sam and Evie develop warm feelings.
