Book Review

UNBREAKABLE
by Alison Kent

Genre: Erotic Romance, Contemporary Erotic Romance

RT Rating

Casper has no impulse control, and Faith never resists his advances, even in potentially embarrassing situations. Granted, he has a lot of baggage, but he comes across as overbearing while she’s a business executive who appears to be a pushover around him. The subplot involving the teen, Clay, and his dog, plays well as does the rest of the cast.

Casper has mixed emotions when his childhood home gets dumped in his lap. When he finds it inhabited by a runaway teen, it only adds to his stress. He wants to rebuild and goes to Faith at the bank, who turns him down for a construction loan. But she does respond to his passion, and they embark on a tempestuous affair. Faith strikes a bargain with Casper for 50 percent ownership of the house. They keep their affair a secret while the building is undergoing renovations, not realizing they are falling in love.
