While Hannah Ives contemplates reconstructive surgery following a mastectomy, she worries about her sister Georgina, who is suffering from post-partum depression. Hannah hopes Georgina will be helped by starting therapy.

However, Georgina seems to get worse, not better, and eventually claims that she has uncovered childhood memories of abuse by her father. Everyone is shockedthis just cannot be possible.

When her therapist plunges to her death, Georgina accuses her father of the crime. With the loving help of her husband, Hannah sets out to uncover the truth, not only behind the death, but of Georginas accusations, before her entire family is destroyed.

UNBREATHED MEMORIES is an exciting family drama with a high element of suspense. Talleys plot is both fascinating and realistic, as is Hannahs daily coping with her cancer. (Jun., 288 pp., $5.99)
