Book Review

UNDER THE SKIN
by Vicki Lane

Genre: Mainstream, General Mainstream Fiction

RT Rating

Lane’s latest is a story of a sisterly bond tested. With quirky, amusing characters and solid storytelling, it’s an entertaining read, though the ending doesn’t quite match up to the rest of the story.

With planning her wedding and running her business, the last thing Elizabeth needs is the presence of her free-spirited sister, Gloria. Gloria is seeking refuge with Elizabeth because she believes her husband is trying to kill her. Elizabeth doesn’t believe her until events unfurl and it becomes clear that something is amiss.
