Book Review

AN UNLIKELY FAMILY
by Cynthia Thomason

Genre: Series

RT Rating

When Evie Gaynor moves to Heron Point, Fla., to become the principal of
the elementary school, she's taken by
the attractive town and one of its police officers, Billy Muldoone, just as Billy is taken with her. But Billy's troubled daughter -- and his refusal to see that she needs help -- complicates their relationship and causes friction. Cynthia Thomason's An Unlikely Family
(3) is well written and has interesting characters, especially Evie's colorful father. The dialogue between Evie and Billy, however, seems forced at times.
