Feisty L.A. psychologist Chrissy McMullen is back in her fourth zany mystery. It's fast paced and funny, but there are times when Chrissy's actions are out of character for an intelligent woman. Still, the novel has great sexual tension between Christina and her love interest, Lt. Rivera, and there are many comical moments.

Chrissy's day goes from bad to worse when the attractive new man she meets is shot dead in front of her and she learns she may have been the intended target. Now Chrissy needs to find out who wants her dead and why. When her irresponsible and trouble-wielding brother, Pete, pops in for a visit a few weeks before his upcoming nuptials, Chrissy knows something's fishy. Pete brings more trouble for Chrissy, and before long, she realizes maybe her brother is the real target -- and she's going to have a heck of a time getting him to the altar in one piece.
