The manager of her family's historic hotel, Charlotte Marchand has faced many crises, from fires to threatened takeovers. Her family life is almost as hectic: Her three sisters and her mother are planning weddings. Just as Charlotte wonders where her prince is, her former lover, Dr. Jackson Bailey, re-enters the picture. Old feelings stir -- even though they've yet to resolve the differences that split them up 20 years ago. Jackson must protect Charlotte when thugs resort to extortion to get their hands on the hotel. If he fails, he'll lose her again -- perhaps permanently. Action and witty banter abound, along with revelations about the true nature of the threat to the Marchand family's legacy. But what really sets Ingrid Weaver's Unmasked (4) apart are the richly detailed characters.
