THE VAMPIRE QUEEN'S SERVANT
by Joey W. Hill

Genre: Erotic Romance, Paranormal

RT Rating

This book should come with a warning: intensely sexy, sensual story that will hold you hostage until the final word is read. Elyssa and Jacob's relationship is not easy, and both are strong-willed -- needing to dominate, but somehow allowing the other moments to be strong. The storyline is fresh and unique, complete with a twist.

Lady Elyssa Yamato Amaterasu Wentworth has been a vampire for centuries. She's seen and done things most could not even imagine. Her life is complicated by the fact that she is unwed and her trusted, loyal servant is dead. But then Jacob comes into her life. Jacob is alpha all the way and not used to being submissive to women, and yet there is a pull, an attraction, between Jacob and Elyssa that can't be denied.

The passion that burns between them also yields secrets about their history and challenges their fate. If Elyssa thought life was complicated before ... she ain't seen nothing yet! (Berkley Heat, Jul., 384 pp., $14.00)
