VAMPIRES ARE FOREVER
Those who've been eagerly awaiting Thomas' story will not be disappointed. Inez is a fine match for him, and the
recurring characters and well-crafted
continuation of the Argeneau's story are excellent. A nicely done cliffhanger should lead smoothly into the next story.
Thomas Argeneau is in London searching for his aunt Marguerite when he meets Inez. A vice president of Argeneau Enterprises, she has a poor opinion of Thomas, believing him to be just a lazy youth. She's ordered to help him in any way he needs, but Inez's orientation has been delayed, and she has no clue as to Argeneau's true nature. Accepting the truth isn't easy, especially since Marguerite might be in danger -- a danger that may also threaten Inez. (Avon, Feb., 384 pp., $6.99)
