THE WARRIOR PRINCE
by Michelle M. Pillow

Genre: Erotic Romance, Futuristic

RT Rating

This story, the fourth in the Dragon Lords series, is just plain fun to read. The focus is definitely on the romance, with plenty of intimacy that doesn't get overly graphic. The characters are well fleshed out, and the plot has plenty of interesting alien conflicts.

Pia Korbin needs a complete makeover — fast. She's on the run from some nasty Rayvicians, and with burn scars over half her body, it's hard to blend in. The only way she can afford the surgery is to become a Galactic Bride. With a lovely new face and body, she is sent to Qurilixen and chosen by Prince Zoran.

Zoran thinks her feisty attitude and toned body are beautiful, but Pia is insulted if he says so. As if this wasn't enough of a tangle, Zoran is hiding secrets of his own — for starters, he's a shape-changer, a dragon, no less. And another set of shape-shifters is trying to assassinate the royal family. There's never a dull moment on this planet! (THE RAVEN BOOKS, March 2011, 260 pp., $15.99)
