From his laptop computer, Austin Webster is running the lights for the Greatest Young Vocalist finals. His sister Ashley is a contestant and scheduled to sing in less than an hour. But—uh-oh!—she's been sucked into the Internet by a network glitch. Austin scrambles to find Ashley and her best friend as they bounce from website to website, encountering a blind hymn composer and reliving the war-era birth of the U.S. national anthem.

There's only one thing for Austin to do—go in after her. Austin and Ashley got out of the World Wide Web in their last adventure, but can they find their way home again? And if they do, will they be in time for Ashley to sing in the contest?
