When an ex-lover steals the credit for an important find, archaelogist Nick Jago puts it down to another reason not to trust women. Then an earthquake traps him and TV producer Miranda Grenville underground and Nick's forced to admit that Miranda's unlike any female he's ever met. Surviving the ordeal brings them together, but is it the heat of the moment, which is considerable, that makes their feelings so intense? Only time will tell. Liz Fielding's Wedded in a Whirlwind (4.5) is fast-paced and fun, and the relationship between Miranda and Nick has a remarkable emotional honesty. Truly a keeper.
