THE WEDDING SHE ALWAYS WANTED
THE WEDDING SHE ALWAYS WANTED (2) by Stacy Connelly: Attending her cousin's nuptials on what was supposed to be her wedding day is awful, but Emily Wilson manages to cope. Moving on and deciding what to do with the rest of her life comes next -- which includes dealing with her growing feelings for the best man, restaurant owner Javy Delgado. He also has a broken engagement in his past, and quite a few other issues, but that doesn't stop either of them from falling in love. A well-constructed plot is this story's main strength, but despite strong backstories, Emily and Javy simply are not developed very well, and their relationship seems terribly rushed.
