WESTMORELAND'S WAY (4) by Brenda Jackson: A question for the ages: What do you do when you meet the woman of your dreams and she's engaged? If you're Dillon Westmoreland, you don't let that stop you -- especially if the lady seems willing. Tracing the roots of his black sheep ancestor's past leads him to Gamble, Wyo., and Pamela Novak, who's doing some struggling of her own. She got engaged to protect her sisters' home, but Dillon is making her think twice about the engagement and her fiance. Jackson's characters are wonderful, strong, colorful and hot enough to burn the pages. She's off to a terrific start with this crop of Westmorelands.
