When her childhood love dies overseas, Eva’s world is shattered. She vows never to love again. In her grief she becomes angry and isolated from the world, going through the motions on her father’s farm. Sent to a backwoods farm for the summer to work off his DUI and save his scholarship, renowned playboy Cage is furious. A summer in the sticks, devoid of willing women, is not his idea of a good time. Then he spies the farmer’s daughter, and things begin to look up. Until Eva opens her mouth and tears into him. For these two wounded teens, this summer will be one of healing, self-discovery and transformation. Can they stop self-sabotaging long enough to find happiness?
