Book Review

Genre: Paranormal/Urban Fantasy, Paranormal Romance
Sensuality: HOT

RT Rating

Each book in Dane’s Bound by Magick series continually builds the suspense, but Wild Darkness is the pinnacle. The fourth in the series, it does a wonderful job of bringing the stories together. The sensuality and fiery passion between Helena and Faine is tantalizing and the political struggle between the factions is even more deadly and thought-provoking. Fans of Dane will be delighted by this book.

Following the bombing that nearly killed witch Molly Ryan, the war between the humans and Others is getting even worse. The Others are frantic to prevent a law from being passed that would strip them of their rights, but the human separatists’ agenda is darker still. In the middle of it all, Helena Jaansen becomes all the more reliant on her personal guard, Faine Leviathan. Against her better judgment she can’t help but fall more deeply in love with him as they explore the intense connection they share. (BERKLEY SENSATION, Nov., 304 pp., $7.99)
