Her sexy neighbor, airline pilot Alec Southerland, is the man Mackenzie Malone's mother had always warned her about. Handsome and charming, he's constantly surrounded by predatory females, reason enough for sensible Mackenzie to consider him off-limits and concentrate on the boring lawyer she's been dating. Mackenzie is a challenge Alec can't ignore for several reasons, one of them being his history with the lawyer. Candy Halliday's WINGING IT (3) has a number of very funny scenes, a delicious hero and a sympathetic but somewhat immature heroine.
