WITNESS ON THE RUN (4) by Hope White: Robin Strand has witnessed a murder. Running from the killer places her in the path of private investigator Jake Walters — and an SUV. Suffering temporary amnesia, Robin places her trust in Jake and hires him to protect her. It’s a job fraught with danger, for the murdered man was a cop and not all his fellow officers are trustworthy. As Robin and Jake hide out from the killer, they discover an attraction for one another. Will they be able to put their pasts behind them and accept the love God has given them? This is a suspenseful mystery with the main characters running from their pasts as well as the bad guys, and discovering the only way to find peace is to face both.
