Book Review

by Kate Douglas

Genre: Erotic Romance

RT Rating

Douglas is back on track with a powerful story, terrific ending and a satisfying variety of sex scenes that move the plot along. Some of the sexual situations early in the book are more intense than her usual fare. You’ll be up all night reading to see how it ends.

When one of the Chanku dies in a horrible accident, their goddess Liana is demoted from deity to mere mortal as punishment for her inattention. She turns to the pack for help, even though some of them resent her for their loss. But Liana holds some dangerous memories — memories that almost kill Anton when he tries to access them during a night of passionate lovemaking. Liana knows she must transfer the memories and knowledge to the new Chanku goddess, even though she might die in the process. (APHRODISIA, Jul., 256 pp., $14.00)
