How Can A Reader Find Information About An Author ?

To learn about an author you can use the Advanced Author Search by searching for the author’s name in our database. That will take you  to the  author’s profile. You can also Browse Authors to find an author’s profile if you are not sure of the author’s name. Or you can view the list of RT’s Author Websites which will lead you to the author’s personal websites.

What Is An Author Profile Page And What Is On It?
There is an author profile on our site for each author who has had a book reviewed by RT Book Reviews.  This is a page with the author’s name, pseudonyms, and any RT awards that they have been nominated for or won.  Frequently an author’s profile also includes their photo and or a link to their website.

But most importantly, this author profile has a list of all of the books written by the author. These books are referred to by title, publication date, genre, and RT Rating. If the title coincides with a message from the author to our readers, that is denoted by the text “Message From The Author” after the book’s genre.

On the author profile, all book lists can be sorted by alphabetical order of the titles, by rating the titles received (highest to lowest) and chronologically by publication date - both oldest first and newest first.
Any books that an author has written under a pseudonym are listed  below the primary list.

When Does An Author Get A Profile?
There is an author profile on our site for each author who has had a book reviewed by RT Book Reviews.  After the author’s first book review is printed, the author’s profile will be added to our site.
