It's a Hot Homecoming for Leslie Kelly's Return to Blaze

After three years of focusing on single titles and Temptations, Leslie Kelly returns to her roots with a special holiday delivery for Blaze. "After my novellas in Behind the Red Doors and That's Amore, I heard from many readers who wanted more of the Santori family of Chicago," she says. "I figured those sexy Italian brothers deserved their own stories."

The super-hot Blaze line seemed like the perfect fit for a tale featuring Chicago cop Mark Santori, who has a steamy holiday season while investigating a ring of Santa thieves and the disappearance of some toys-for-tots money in Blaze #222, Don't Open Till Christmas. His heroine, Nicole Bradenton, has crossed celebrating -- and men -- off her Christmas list but is tempted to make an exception for hunky Mark, who gets her thinking about switching from nice to naughty territory.

"I had a wonderful time referencing my favorite Christmas songs, movies and all-time favorite toys in this somewhat wacky but very hot Christmas carol," Kelly says. "I think any reader would adore finding a red-ribbon-wrapped hottie like Mark under their tree on Christmas morning." In fact, she promises you'll never listen to that holiday classic "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" the same way again!

Kelly is already at work penning more Blazes and has two titles coming out in 2006, a story for a baseball-themed anthology called Boys of Summer, with popular Blaze authors Julie Elizabeth Leto and Kimberly Raye, and a gothic story for October.
