Science Fiction - Comedia and columnist Chris Bucholz’s Severance sounds like a cross between a dark comedy and a space opera. About an engineer on a generation ship who reveals a secret that would have her and her cohorts floating in the depths of space, we’re looking forward to seeing how Bucholz injects this storyline with humor.

Historical Fiction - Jan Moran’s A Promise of Roses follows a young French perfumer as she migrates from France to America, spying for the French resistance during WWII, attempting to keep her family’s business together and falling in love along the way. Release date: TBA.
