RETURNING FAVORITE SERIES

Thriller - Bestselling author Lee Child is ready to put Jack Reacher back on the front lines of danger with three more books in the popular series. Titles and release dates for the new installments have yet to be announced, but hopefully fans won’t have to wait too long for our favorite ex-military hero to once again prove his mettle!

NEW SERIES ALERT

Historical Romance - Regency romance fans will have a new trilogy to devour when Shana Galen launches her new three-book series that promises plenty of family drama, love and adventure. The first book, Sinful in Satin, doesn’t have a release date yet, but be sure to keep this one on your radar!

Steampunk - After her father dies and her mother is murdered, a young girl finds herself ripped away from her privileged life and sent to the Greenleaf Asylum for Troubled Girls. Years later, a mysterious guild rescues her from the asylum and introduces her to the world of Guild Assassins. Berley Kerr’s Curse Breaker: Guild Assassin kicks off this intriguing series and will be followed by Curse Breaker: Bounty Hunter. Release dates: TBA.

Contemporary Romance - Revenge and real estate collide in Jackie Ashenden’s upcoming untitled book, which will serve as the first in a trilogy that invokes elements of the hit TV show, Sons of Anarchy. Look for the first book next year!

PIQUING OUR CURIOSITY

New Adult - J.A. Redmerski is ready to shine the light on a couple who’ve made appearances in her bestselling novel The Edge of Never and its companion, The Edge of Always. The new book will be titled Song of the Fireflies and will be a standalone novel. Release date: TBA.

Young Adult - Readers will be shown what it’s like to live with paralysis in Push Girl: A Novel, a Young Adult story based on the life of Chelsie Hill, a cast member of Sundance Channel’s revolutionary series Push Girls. Written by Hill and Jessica Love, this book is sure to be an eye-opening read. 

Series Romance - Despite wanting a “safe” marriage, a bridal shop owner falls in love with her neighbor who is harboring a dangerous secret that could destroy their new relationship. Helen Lacey’s The Bride Next Door is sure to thrill readers and is set to be the first in a three-book series from Harlequin Special Edition.

Science Fiction - Tasked with locating the missing heir to her planet’s dynasty, a former military commander and private investigator finds herself returning to her childhood city in Undercity, a new novel by Catherine Asaro set in her Skolian Empire/Ruby Dynasty universe.

Erotica - The third book in Heidi Cullinan’s Special Delivery series is on its way, along with reprints of the first and second installments! The third, Tough Love, tells the enticing story of a man with a dark past who finds himself involved with a young man who helps him realize how liberating tough love can be as they embark on a sadist/masochist relationship. Look for these books next spring!

NON-FICTION PICK

Troy Patterson, advice columnist for Slate magazine, is ready to take his advice to the next level with his upcoming book, What Is a Gentleman?: A Scholarly Index, which will feature Patterson’s insights on men, etiquette, style and food. Release date: TBA.

MOVIE DEAL

Bestselling author and RT favorite Colleen Hoover is set to receive the Hollywood treatment now that her books Hopeless and its companion, Losing Hope, have been optioned for film. While it’s too early for any official casting, be sure to tell us who you’d like to see play Sky and Dean!
