Inspirational Book Recommendations: March 2013

Not feeling inspired when it comes to your next faith-based read? We are here to help! Here are our recommendations for some great inspirational books releasing this month.

If drama is what you crave, then we suggest you check out the historical inspirational Forsaken Dreams by MaryLu Tyndall. The story features Eliza Crawford, a woman recovering from the destruction of the Civil War. Another emotional read releasing this month is the contemporary tale Wings of Glass by Gina Holmes, which centers on the unhealthy relationship between Penny and Trent. The story asks a tough question — once an abuser, always an abuser?

Looking for something a bit lighter to put a bit of romance in your everyday life? There is nothing better to make your heart sing than a great book and this month, there is lots of love in faith-based fiction. Our favorites? Mary Connealy's historical series starter Swept Away about a lonely miss falling for the handsome stranger that saves her life, Tracie Peterson's The Icecutter’s Daughter, which new love is found and Katie Ganshert's Wishing on Willows a story of second chance love.

And if your heart isn't already pounding from this romance, then why not go all in with a selection of suspense. You can start with Strand of Deception by Robin Carroll to see how a forensic expert solves a murder with the use of a controversial DNA study, then pick up Angel Falls by Connie Mann and follow Regina and U.S. Army Ranger Brooks as they race against the clock to save an infant and finish with the thrills of A Matter of Trust by Lis Wiehl and April Henry.
