They are sooo sexy and I love how protective they are! Yummy!! And I especially love how Nalini Singh writes stories with such emotion. The readers are taken along for the journey of the developing relationship.

I always find psychics fascinating. While I believe most psychics are fakes, I still think it would be interesting to be able to sense things.

I love the shifters because of their sense of family and fierce loyalty to their family and mates. BUT I can't resist the psy Judd Walker! I think it was great to see how someone so stuck in Silence embraced the loving nature of the shifters for Brenna! More Judd!!!

I haven't read many books with psychics in them, but I do enjoy reading about them. I do love shifters, it's just so cool to think of being able to change into a completely different shape - a fierce animal especially.

I love the changelings because of the way they show loyalty to their pack, allies, and mates. Also they are the threshold for the strong emotions that binds everyone, including the readers, together in their story of pride, love, and justice.

As for me, I really like both the psy and changelings in the series, I really love Nalini's take on them. The fact that, for the Psy, their powers come with such a price (madness, higher proportion of murderers), and the extremes they went to to keep everyone, not just their own race, safe. And I love that the changelings are close to both their human and beast side. I really can't pick just one :)

I love shifters, they are strong, they love family or pack to the ends of the earth; you know you can count on them even when angry at you, they still love you and take care of you. They can become these awesome creatures whose abilities will protect you. And yet still love you!

So, I am torn...I love Hawke and the Snowdancers...but there is something about Kaleb and Jude that just appeals to me (Walker, too!) I love this series (and the Guild Hunter series too!)
