The third book in The Finnegan Connection series opens with a chilling and macabre scene that will have readers hurriedly turning pages to see what events unfold next. Out of the Darkness has some eerie twists and turns along the way that will keep readers guessing and their hearts thumping rapidly. Graham’s latest is a definite page-turning, fast read with plenty of action and suspense, but there is a nice slow-building romance amongst the drama. The secondary characters are interesting as well. Graham hits all the right notes here.

It has been a decade since Sarah Hampton has seen Tyler Grant. A horrifying massacre by an escaped psychopath and the awful memories from that night placed miles between them. When a friend of theirs is murdered, Sarah and Tyler reconnect as they soon believe that their friend’s death is somehow related to that fateful night. Is there a copycat killer out there? Or did a psychopath killer actually survive that long-ago night? Sarah and Tyler will try to get to the bottom before someone else close to them gets hurt. Or has the killer targeted one of them?
