Dylan’s life is as ordinary as it gets — if you don’t count Dusty, her perfect older sister. Her sister is in the spotlight of a reality TV show, and Dylan is being whisked off to Scotland for her sister’s wedding to a Scottish laird-to-be. While in Scotland, Dylan meets Jamie, a cute British poet with a witty sense of humor. As the holidays come to a close, Dylan becomes more than a reality TV plotline. She faces love, family drama and the joy that comes with the holiday season. (DISNEY/HYPERION, Dec., 320 pp., $17.99, 14 & Up)
