Hannon's third and final installment in the Men of Valor series shows off her amazing gift for characterization and blending of romance and mystery. The novel is believable as it explores when good people make poor choices during times of desperation. The development of the love story is heartwarming and realistic, and Finn is a great hero who will make even the most jaded reader believe in a happily ever after.
